\u2022 Booking: 30% deposit required to confirm participation. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Final payment: remaining 70% must be paid at least 60 days before the event, as the experience is exclusive, limited in numbers and specifically organised for the participants.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Cancellation within 60 days: the total amount paid is non-refundable.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Exceptional cases: in case of documented health problems or serious, proven personal circumstances, 50% of the balance already paid (i.e. 35% of the total booking value) may be refunded.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Alternative options: instead of cancellation, we may evaluate:
\n\u2013 transferring the booking to a new date within 12 months;
\n\u2013 transferring the booking to another person, subject to prior approval and verification of the required riding\/participation requirements.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Insurance: we strongly recommend taking out personal travel and cancellation insurance, covering illness, accidents, travel problems and other unforeseen circumstances.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Programme & safety: the organisation reserves the right to modify, adapt or cancel part of the programme whenever necessary due to weather, environmental, logistical or safety conditions affecting participants, horses or staff.<\/p>\n
